Role Description The Account Executive at BLESSINGS HOSPITALITY is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, handling key accounts, and supporting revenue growth through effective communication and follow-up. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams to ensure service delivery, preparing proposals and presentations, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and addressing client queries and concerns in a timely manner.

The Account

Executive will also assist in identifying current business opportunities, participating in sales meetings,



and contributing to reporting and forecasting. The role requires consistent on-site collaboration with colleagues and clients to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid organizational and time-management skills, including attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to handle multiple accounts.
Comfort with basic sales and account management processes, including preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
Proficiency with office productivity tools (such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and CRM or account-tracking systems).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or account management is an advantage.
Ability to work in office in Chennai, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Strong ethical standards, professionalism, and a service-oriented mindset.
