The role involves overseeing audit projects, ensuring compliance with audit standards, and providing recommendations for improvement. NKey Responsibilities:

NAudit Planning and Execution:

Assist in the development of audit plans, including risk assessments and audit objectives.

Coordinate with the General Manager to define the scope and objectives of audits.

nAudit Reporting:

Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, risks, and recommendations.

Present audit findings to senior management and stakeholders.
N
Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure improvements are made.
N

nRisk Assessment and Control Evaluation:

Identify and assess areas of risk within the organization.
N




Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and operational processes.
N
Recommend enhancements to mitigate risks and improve controls.
N

nCompliance and Regulations:

Ensure audits areconducted in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Stay updated on changesin regulations and standards that may impact audit practices.

nContinuous Improvement:

Contribute to thedevelopment and implementation of audit methodologies and tools.

Participate in trainingprograms and career development prospects to stay current with industry trends.

Audit exposure to real estate companies is preferred
