The Role Description

The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated qualified with a growth mindset. He/She will be responsible for for driving adoption and business growth for L3TX by engaging Dermatologists, Trichologists, Hair Clinics, Hair Transplant Centres, and Dermatology Clinic Chains across Mumbai.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop relationships with leading Dermatologists and Trichologists
Conduct scientific discussions and product demonstrations
Drive adoption and repeat business within assigned accounts
Develop business across dermatology chains, trichology centres, hair restoration clinics, and aesthetic clinics
Achieve monthly, quarterly,



and annual business targets
Organize CMEs, clinic workshops, and educational sessions
Maintain detailed account plans and provide regular market feedback

Qualifications
Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) – Mandatory
3+ years of relevant work experience as a Medical Representative, Territory Sales Manager, Scientific Sales Executive, or Specialty Healthcare Sales Professional
Experience in Dermatology, Trichology, Dermo-Cosmetics, Aesthetics, Medical Devices, Hair Care, or Specialty Healthcare preferred
Proven track record of working with Dermatologists and specialist doctors
