• Good understanding of incident, change, and problem management workflows. • Knowledge of integration layers (APIs, middleware, queues, message brokers).
• Experience with ITSM tools, preferably Zendesk.
• Ability to analyze logs, troubleshoot performance issues, and identify system bottlenecks.
