Job DescriptionCBL Legal Talent is seeking a proactive and target-driven Demand Generation Executive to help

Ngenerate new staffing andrecruitment opportunities from leading U.S. law firms.

NThe ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant decision-makers, building targeted

Nprospect databases, executing strategic B2B outreach campaigns, and generating qualified

Nbusiness opportunities for our legal staffing services.

NKey Responsibilities

n- Conduct prospect research using LinkedIn, Apollo, and other research platforms to

Nidentify key decision-makers within U.S. law firms.

N- Build and maintain accurate, targeted databases of prospects, including HR, Talent

NAcquisition, Recruiting, and business leaders.

N- Develop and execute targeted email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate

Nqualified leads and business conversations.

N- Create compelling outreach messaging using relevant case studies, success stories, and

Nmarket insights.

n- Research law firms to understand their hiring activity, staffing requirements, and potential

Nrecruitment needs.

n- Identify new business prospects based on hiring trends, open positions, and

Norganizational growth.

N- Track outreach activities, responses,



follow-ups, and lead progression using CRM and

Nother tools.

n- Conduct timely follow-ups and nurture prospects to build long-term business

Nrelationships.

n- Collaborate with internal recruitment and business development teams to understand

Nclient requirements and align staffing solutions.

N- Consistently work toward defined lead generation, outreach, and business development

Ntargets.

Bachelor's degreein any discipline.
N
Strong research, communication, and written English skills.

Experience with LinkedIn, Apollo, email outreach, or similar prospecting tools is
N

npreferred.

n- Previous experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, recruitment, staffing,

Nsales, or business development is an advantage.

Comfortable working with the U.S. market and U.S. time zones.

Robust attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate prospect data.

Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment.
