Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced CRM skilled from the Apartment/Real Estate industry to manage customer relationships from booking to possession and ensure smooth post-sales coordination. Real-estate CRM roles commonly involve documentation, payment follow-ups, bank coordination, customer grievance handling and handover support.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer relationships from booking to possession/handover.
Manage customer queries, complaints and escalations professionally.
Coordinate booking forms, KYC, agreements, allotment letters and other documents.
Follow up with customers for installment payments and outstanding dues.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Projects and Bank teams.
Support customers with home loan processing and bank documentation.
Maintain accurate customer details, payment status and follow-ups in the CRM.
Coordinate registration, possession and handover formalities.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly CRM and MIS reports.
Ensure timely communication of project updates, payment reminders and documentation requirements.
Maintain strong customer relationships and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
3–4 years of CRM experience specifically in Apartment/Real Estate/Property Development.
Strong knowledge of post-sales CRM operations.
Experience in customer documentation, collections and handover.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid follow-up, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of RERA, BBA, registration and home-loan processes will be an advantage.
Candidates with experience handling residential apartment projects preferred.
