RoleOwn Effora’s brand, social media and content end to end — from strategy and planning to execution, creative direction and performance.

You will be responsible for how Effora looks, sounds and communicates across every customer-facing platform.

Key Responsibilities
Own brand positioning, messaging, tone and visual consistency
Build monthly/quarterly content and campaign strategy
Own Instagram, social media and organic content calendar
Lead product launch communication and campaign execution
Develop content pillars, hooks, scripts, captions and creative briefs
Manage creators, influencers and UGC collaborations
Lead Designer, Video Editor and external creative partners
Work closely with Performance Marketing on ad concepts and creative strategy
Ensure all content is executed on time and at a high quality
Track content, social and campaign performance and continuously improve

Requirements
5–7 years in Brand, Content or Marketing within D2C / Consumer Brands
Experience in Beauty, Wellness, Fashion, Personal Care or Lifestyle preferred
Robust understanding of branding, social media and consumer psychology
Excellent copy, storytelling and creative judgement
Hands-on execution mindset with strong ownership
Comfortable managing multiple creative teams and deadlines
