Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role located in Kanpur.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a robust sales pipeline for the agency’s digital marketing and web development services. Daily responsibilities include researching potential clients, conducting outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting tailored service proposals. The role involves managing client accounts, maintaining strong relationships,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

The Business Development

Executive will also track performance metrics, prepare reports, and contribute ideas to refine sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a sustainable pipeline.
Candidates should possess skills in Business and Account Management to manage client relationships and support long-term growth.
Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to conduct effective presentations, negotiations, and client interactions.
Relevant experience in B2B sales, digital marketing or IT services business development is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office.
Ability to work in office in Kanpur, meet targets consistently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
