Role Description This is a full-time, in office Civil Engineer role based in the Pune Division.

The Civil

Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and project specifications. Day-to-day tasks include preparing drawings and technical documentation, coordinating with site supervisors and contractors, monitoring project progress, and conducting site inspections to resolve engineering issues. The role also involves collaborating with project managers and other stakeholders to optimize resources, manage timelines,



and support quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications
Ability to perform Civil Engineering Design and apply core Civil Engineering principles to building and infrastructure projects.
Experience in Planning and project coordination, including scheduling, resource allocation, and site execution support.
Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related drainage design, including assessment of site conditions and regulatory requirements.
Background working as a Civil Engineer on construction sites, with familiarity in local codes, standards, and industry best practices.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
Proficiency with relevant engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, basic structural analysis tools) and MS Office.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to accuracy, safety, and quality.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams on-site.
Prior experience in building or infrastructure projects in the Pune region or similar urban environments is an advantage.
