Role & responsibilities
Manage chilli cold storage operations to ensure product quality and inventory integrity.
Maintain accurate inventory records through timely stock reconciliation and verification.
Coordinate material receipt, storage, and dispatch activities as per operational requirements.
Monitor moisture loss and implement controls to minimize storage-related losses.
Manage transport planning and ensure timely movement of materials.
Coordinate and monitor 3P operations to achieve service and compliance standards.
Prepare MIS reports and operational dashboards using Excel and ERP systems.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, audit requirements, and food safety standards.
Optimize storage space utilization and warehouse efficiency.
Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational performance.
