Role Description This is a full-time Financial Advisor role based in Visakhapatnam with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility.

The Financial

Advisor will meet with clients to understand their financial goals, assess current financial situations, and recommend appropriate insurance and investment solutions. Daily activities include preparing personalized financial plans, explaining product features and perks, and guiding clients through retirement planning, risk management, and wealth-building strategies. The role involves regular follow-up with clients to review and adjust plans, maintaining accurate records,



and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.

The Financial

Advisor will also collaborate with internal teams, participate in sales and customer outreach activities, and stay updated on financial markets and insurance products.

Qualifications
Strong skills in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory to design and present comprehensive financial solutions for clients.
Solid understanding of Finance and Investments to analyze options, evaluate risk and return, and align recommendations with client objectives.
Experience or knowledge in Retirement Planning to help clients plan for long-term income security and future life stages.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, explain complex concepts clearly, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and meet performance and compliance standards.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; qualified certifications in financial planning or advisory are an advantage.
Comfort with using digital tools and CRM systems to track client interactions and maintain accurate documentation.
