Key Responsibilities
Design creative and engaging graphics for social media platforms.
Create news creatives, political content, campaign designs, and promotional graphics.
Develop social media posts, thumbnails, banners, infographics, and other digital creatives.
Understand project requirements and deliver designs within deadlines.
Coordinate with the Content, Video, Social Media, and Project Teams.
Ensure brand consistency, visual quality, and accuracy in all designs.
Stay updated with current affairs, design trends, and social media formats.
Make revisions and incorporate feedback from Team Leaders and clients.
Manage multiple projects and deliver quality work as per requirements.

Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Coral Draw.
Solid knowledge of typography, color combinations, layout, and visual composition.
Good understanding of social media design formats.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.




Good communication and teamwork skills.
Understanding of Hindi and English content will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience
Experience in News Media, Digital Media, Political Media, or Social Media Agencies.
Experience designing news posts, political creatives, current-affairs graphics, and campaign content.
Candidates with a strong portfolio of social media and digital designs will be preferred.

Eligibility
Graduate or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
3–6 years of relevant graphic design experience.
Freshers with exceptional design skills and a strong portfolio may also be considered.
