Write engaging scripts,storylines and dialogues that feel natural to each individual's personality and tonality.

Understand each one's personality, audience and content style to develop ideas that feel authentic.

Build original IPs— recurring segments, characters, catchphrases, series concepts and formats that become signature and are distinct from one-off content.

Stay on top of current culture, trends, memes, pop culture and emerging formats.

Turn brand briefs into creator-first, engaging content.

Track content performance and use insights to improve future ideas.

Solid creative thinking and writing skills — experience is secondary.
