10+ years of experience in database architecture and migration projects.

Solid expertise in IBMDB2 LUW, AWS Aurora PostgreSQL/MySQL, AWS DMS, and AWS SCT.

Proven experience in migration assessment, strategy preparation, architecture design, and database modernization initiatives.
N
Robust capability in preparing migration strategies, architecture documents (HLD/LLD), runbooks, governance artefacts, and executive presentations.
N
Experience conducting customer workshops, architecture reviews, and stakeholder management.
N
Expertise in performance tuning, HA/DR design, backup & recovery, migration planning, cutover, and rollback strategies.
N
Possess solid architecture, documentation, strategy, and presentation skills, in addition to hands-on migration expertise.
N
Immediate starters preferred
N
Open to relocation out of India, on project basis if required
