We are looking for an experienced Application Process Lead to drive application lifecycle management, process excellence and continuous improvement within a manufacturing workplace.

Role: Process Lead

Designation: Assistant Manager / Manager

Location: Chennai

Experience: 5–7 Years

Department: IT

Education: BE / B.Tech

Key Requirements
Robust experience in Manufacturing IT / Manufacturing Applications
Business Transformation / Digitilization
Solid understanding of ITIL processes
Experience in ERP applications
Exposure to Industry 4.0 / Smart Manufacturing
Application support & delivery process improvement
SLA & KPI management
Application performance, availability & reliability monitoring




Stakeholder management across Business & IT
Understanding of Web, Cloud & API-based enterprise architectures
Basic knowledge of Databases & Integration technologies
Experience with automation / process optimization

Preferred

Industry: IT Services / Medical Devices / Life Sciences

Certifications: Lean / Kanban / Six Sigma

Languages: English, Hindi & Tamil

Team: 3–5 consultants
