We are seeking an Equity Dealer to join our team in Karad. This role involves active participation in buying and selling stocks in the financial markets, ensuring effective trading practices, and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Executing Trades: Conduct buy and sell transactions for clients' portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate execution to achieve the best possible prices.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and news to provide informed recommendations and updates to clients on potential investments.
Client Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing regular feedback and updates on their investments and market conditions.
Portfolio Management: Assist clients in managing their investment portfolios by analyzing their performance and suggesting necessary adjustments.
Compliance Adherence: Ensure all trading activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, minimizing risk and maintaining integrity.
Performance Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports for clients,



summarizing investment outcomes and strategies.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have 1 to 7 years of experience in equity trading or a related field. A thorough understanding of the stock market and investment strategies is essential. Robust analytical skills are necessary for market analysis, alongside effective communication skills for dealing with clients. Familiarity with trading platforms and software is preferred.
