We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to join our team in Ghana. This position is ideal for both recent graduates and those with up to six years of experience. The Civil Engineer will play a crucial role in the planning, design, and execution of various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Design Civil Structures: Create detailed plans and drawings for buildings, bridges, and roads to ensure they are stable and protected.
Project Management: Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards.
Site Inspection: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensuring all safety and engineering standards are met.
Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned for successful completion.
Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise during construction, finding effective solutions to keep the project on track.
Reporting:



Prepare reports and documentation to communicate project status to stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulations.

Required Skills and Expectations:
A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required. Candidates with relevant internships or field experience will be considered an advantage.
Strong analytical skills to understand complex engineering concepts and apply them in practical scenarios.
Positive communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D is essential.
