Key Responsibilities:

Service Recommendations: Assess vehicle issues and suggest appropriate services or repairs based on your understanding and the customer's input, guiding them effectively.
Estimates & Quotes: Prepare and present detailed service estimates to customers, ensuring transparency about costs and necessary repairs.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage the scheduling of customer appointments efficiently, making sure that service and repair timelines are communicated clearly.
Follow-up: Reach out to customers post-service to confirm satisfaction and gather feedback, which helps improve our service quality.
Team Collaboration:



Work closely with technicians and parts departments to ensure a seamless flow of information and service completion.
