Key Responsibilities:
Passenger Assistance: Help passengers with check-in procedures, including ticketing and baggage handling, ensuring a positive travel experience.
Baggage Handling: Manage the loading and unloading of luggage and cargo so that items are handled with care and reach their destinations safely.
Safety and Security Checks: Conduct necessary safety and security checks on luggage and cargo to comply with legal and organizational standards.
Coordination with Team: Work closely with other team members to ensure all ground operations run smoothly, communicating effectively to manage workflows.
Problem Solving: Address any issues or delays that arise during the ground handling process, working quickly to find suitable solutions.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Education:
Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade.
Experience: No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and adapt in a quick-paced setting is essential.
Communication Skills: Solid verbal communication skills to interact clearly with passengers and team members.
