Job DescriptionNewton School of Technology (NST) is a recent-age institution redefining technical education in India. Founded by IIT alumni, NST offers a 4-year B.Tech in Computer Science and AI, focused on hands-on learning and deep industry integration. NWe're looking for a seasoned Brand Consultant to work closely with the leadership team and provide strategic direction as we scale the Newton School brand.

Evaluate the current brand positioning, perception, and health

Shape long-term brand strategy and positioning

Bring an outside-in perspective on consumer trends and competition

Review key brand campaigns and communication for consistency and impact

Mentor the existing brand team and strengthen strategic thinking

Guide leadership on brand-led partnerships and opportunities

Participate in monthly strategy reviews and key brand decisions

nIdeal Profile

15 – 20+ years of experience across brand strategy, marketing, or consulting
N
Proven experience building and scaling solid consumer-facing brands
N
Experience in EdTech, Consumer Tech, D2C, or high-growth startups
N
Strong understanding ofbrand positioning, architecture, and consumer behavior
N
Experience working directly with founders/CXOs and influencing senior-level decisions
N
Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution
N
Strong understanding ofdigital-first brands and contemporary consumer acquisition
N
Well-connected within the startup, consumer, media, and brand ecosystem
