We're hiring a CMDB specialist to define and own our CMDB strategy, data model, and architecture, aligned with banking regulatory and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Define and maintain the CMDB strategy, data model, and architecture aligned with banking regulatory and operational requirements. Design configuration item (CI) classes, attributes, and relationships across infrastructure, applications, cloud, and third-party services. Ensure CMDB alignment with ITIL/ITSM processes, including Incident, Change, Problem, Release, and Asset Management. Enforce data quality and governance standards. Own discovery and integration processes end to end. Required Skills
Deep expertise with enterprise CMDB platforms (e.g. Service Now or equivalent). Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage). Robust understanding of applications and middleware. Robust understanding of cloud platforms (Iaa S, Paa S, Saa S). Hands-on experience with discovery, reconciliation, and data normalisation. Service Now ITSM and CMDB experience.
