Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Higher qualification preferred)
Prior retail experience/retail knowledge will be an added advantage
Basic understanding of customer handling and sales processes

Roles & Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a qualified manner
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Maintain product display and store cleanliness standards
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Handle customer queries and provide satisfactory resolutions
Support inventory management and stock maintenance
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Follow company policies and operational guidelines
Working Hours : 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM
(Timings may extend up to 9:00 PM–9:30 PM depending on store operational requirements.)
