Sr Sales & Marketing Executive (B2B & B2C)We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, preferably with experience in the Travel & Tourism industry, particularly in Umrah or Hajj packages.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing sales calls and respond to customer enquiries.Maintain accurate call records and client follow-ups in CRM.Follow up with leads and prospective clients on a daily basis.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Umrah packages.Prepare and share package quotations through Email and WhatsApp.Convert enquiries/leads into confirmed bookings.Achieve monthly and individual sales targets.Maintain daily and monthly sales and follow-up reports in Excel.Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process.Coordinate with the operations team for confirmed bookings and further processing.Maintain proper records of leads, quotations, follow-ups and conversions.Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat/referral business.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in Sales.Experience in Travel & Tourism is preferred.Experience in Umrah/Hajj sales will be an added advantage.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Valuable knowledge of WhatsApp, Email, Excel and CRM software.Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated.Good customer-handling and convincing skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.Daily follow-up efficiencyMonthly sales target achievement.Apply Nowwww.Talbiyaumrah.ComPlot Number - 04, Ground Floor,Pocket-02, Jasola, New Delhi-110025
