Hiring: Night Operator | Operations

We are looking for a Night Operator to manage live UK & European transport movements and ensure shipments are collected and delivered safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor time-critical shipments
• Coordinate with customers, drivers & transport partners
• Source suitable vehicles and arrange transport
• Prepare quotations and negotiate competitive rates
• Track deliveries and manage delays/issues
• Update customers and internal systems
• Check driver, vehicle & supplier compliance
• Provide clear handover to the day team

Requirements:
✅ Logistics/transport/freight experience preferred
✅ Strong communication & customer-service skills
✅ Positive UK & Europe geographical knowledge
✅ Ability to work under pressure
✅ Good negotiation and organisational skills
✅ Comfortable with email, MS Office & transport systems
✅ Willingness to work nights, weekends & bank holidays
