We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.What You'll DoOur Global Learning & Development (L&D;) Faculty Centre of Excellence (Faculty CoE) is a key enabler of our firm's learning strategy, ensuring high-quality faculty are sourced, staffed, prepared, and supported across our global learning portfolio.You will support the day-to-day coordination of faculty management activities across virtual, hybrid, and in-person learning programs by following established processes, maintaining accurate information, and coordinating with facilitators and stakeholders to ensure a consistent faculty experience.ResponsibilitiesSupport sourcing and staffing of internal and external faculty for global learning programsPrepare faculty communications, briefing materials, and scheduling informationCoordinate facilitator confirmations, calendars, and session readinessMaintain faculty databases, staffing trackers,
and related documentationSupport facilitator briefing activities and follow-up communicationsCollect and maintain facilitator feedback and other faculty informationEscalate scheduling conflicts, risks, and exceptions promptlySupport faculty management projects and other administrative activities as neededWhat You'll Bring1–3 years of relevant experience in coordination, operations, administration, learning support, or customer serviceFluency in English (additional languages are a plus)Robust organizational skills and attention to detailComfort using Microsoft Office and AI toolsAbility to work across time zones as neededA service-oriented mindset and willingness to learnWho You'll Work WithYou will work closely with the Faculty CoE team, Learning Journey teams, regional L&D; colleagues, internal and external facilitators, and other Global L&D; stakeholders to support faculty management activities across BCG's global learning portfolio.Additional infoYou’re Good AtFollowing established processes and checklists with high accuracyOrganizing information and maintaining accurate recordsCommunicating clearly and professionally with stakeholdersManaging multiple tasks and deadlines reliablyBuilding positive working relationships with colleagues and facilitatorsLearning new tools and processes quicklyBoston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
