Role Overview Theselected candidate will be responsible for façade designdevelopment, technical detailing, and coordination with consultantsand project teams to ensure seamless execution of luxury façadepackages. Key Responsibilities Preparation of façade designconcepts, detailed drawings, and shop drawings System design forcurtain walling, glazing, cladding, aluminium systems, and bespokefaçade solutions Structural and thermal calculations coordinationMaterial selection and specification review Coordination witharchitects, consultants, and site teams Ensuring compliance withproject specifications and international standards Requirements 5–8years of experience in façade design Strong exposure to luxury /premium projects Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit and façade-specificsoftware preferred) Strong technical and detailing capabilitiesGood understanding of façade systems and materials Candidates mustbe available for immediate joining
