About the Prospect
We are seeking practicing Radiologists to help evaluate how accurately advanced AI systems interpret real-world radiology studies.
You will apply the same clinical reasoning, reporting standards, measurement conventions, and structured systems used in your daily practice to establish high-quality reference standards and assess AI-generated interpretations.
This is not image labeling . The work focuses on the clinical reasoning and diagnostic judgment required to determine whether an AI-generated interpretation is accurate, supported, and clinically appropriate.
What You'll Do
- Review de-identified radiology studies, including CT, MRI, radiography, ultrasound, PET/CT, mammography, and other imaging modalities .
- Write reference reports or document specific clinically relevant findings.
- Apply established radiology reporting systems and measurement conventions used in clinical practice.
- Evaluate AI-generated interpretations for accuracy, clinical support, and safety.
- Identify inaccurate, unsupported, or potentially unsafe findings.
- Contribute challenging cases that test advanced AI diagnostic reasoning.
Structured Systems & Clinical Standards
Depending on your specialty and the cases reviewed, your work may involve established systems and conventions such as:
- RECIST
- Lung-RADS
- BI-RADS
- CAD-RADS
- ASPECTS
- Other recognized radiology classification, reporting, and measurement standards

Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible radiologist .
- ABR, FRCR, EDiR, or international equivalent certification or eligibility.
- Currently reading radiology studies or recently active in clinical practice.
- Robust ability to interpret diagnostic imaging and apply appropriate clinical reporting and measurement standards.
- Residents and fellows in later stages of training may be considered.
Engagement Details
- Fully remote.
- Independent contractor engagement.
- Work can be completed on your own schedule.
- Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on project needs and performance.
- Payments are made weekly via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
- Work must not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
- H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported for this opportunity.
