industry. As Operations Head, your job is to make sure our delivery, execution, and

efficiency hit 9-star standards every time.

The Operations Head is at the core of Digital Mojo, ensuring that the team moves fast,

projects get delivered on time, and clients receive world-class service. This role is crucial in

maintaining our 9-star client rating and keeping Digital Mojo at the top of real estate digital

marketing.





Key Responsibilities

● Lead & Optimize Workflows – Streamline operations to ensure 95% of projects are

completed on time and within scope.

● Drive Team Performance – Motivate and guide a 45+ member team, ensuring high

productivity and quick execution.

● Enhance Client Satisfaction – Maintain at least 9/10 client satisfaction score by

ensuring timely deliverables and seamless communication.

● Improve Efficiency – Implement systems that cut execution time by 30% while

maintaining quality.

● Data-Driven Decision Making – Use analytics and performance data to refine

processes and boost ROI.

● Scale Operations – Build systems that allow us to scale from 45 to 100+ team members

without losing speed.

● Crisis Management – Act as the problem-solving engine to fix issues before they

become client concerns.

Experience

● 5–8 years in operations management, with a proven track record of improving workflows

and achieving measurable success.

● Previous experience in digital marketing or service-oriented industries is preferred.

Skills

● Expertise in project management tools like BaseCamp, Trello, or similar platforms.

● Strong analytical skills to assess operational metrics and identify improvement areas.





● Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to manage a multidisciplinary team.
