Minimum Qualifications

- Some experience in trading, reporting or financial analysis

- Bachelors degree in finance, math, computer science, a related field or equivalent experience

- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including but not limited to, ability to utilize formulas, pivot tables, graphs and charts

- 3-5 years experience of mortgage experience working in a reporting or analytics role.

- Knowledge of mortgage cash flow modeling concepts

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with financial analysis and reporting

- Knowledge of Excel Modeling

- Experience with writing basic SQL code to extract and analyze data

Job Summary The Portfolio Investments Analyst analyzes business information and trends to inform or make strategic and/or trading decisions. They support the Portfolio Investments by creating and streamlining reports for both internal and external clients.





Responsibilities

- Responsible for producing and distributing daily MSR pricing and analytics reports, including daily MSR hedge valuation distributions.

- Maintain and update daily OMSR pricing grids and daily Co-Issue pricing grids across multiple channels (SMP, CSR, PIIT, Direct channels) using MIAC valuation application.

- Production of sub-servicing recapture reporting, SSID transfer management, and database maintenance.

- Manage end-of-month excess spread reporting and wire remittance processing.

- Perform custodial bank reconciliations

- Generate MSR financing tapes

- Provide ongoing custom reporting and analytical support for management.
