Role Description This is a full time, on-site CSR Fundraising/Donor Management role based in Tamil Nadu, India. The role involves identifying prospective donors, building and maintaining long-term relationships, and executing fundraising campaigns aligned with our social projects` impact goals. Day-to-day tasks include managing donor databases, drafting proposals and presentations, preparing impact reports, and coordinating meetings and events with corporate and individual donors.





The position also requires close collaboration with internal program teams to gather data and stories that demonstrate outcomes to stakeholders. The role includes responding to donor queries, ensuring a positive donor experience, and supporting broader CSR and outreach initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to deliver strong Customer Service and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
- Experience in Customer Support with a focus on creating a positive and consistent Customer Experience.
- Background working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar stakeholder-facing roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills for donor and partner engagement.
- Experience in fundraising, CSR, nonprofit, or development sector roles is highly beneficial.
- Ability to manage databases, track metrics, and prepare clear reports on donor engagement and impact.
- Comfort working on-site, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and engaging with communities.
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, management, communications, or a related field preferred.
