Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Base Metal Operation – Trading Business professional. The role involves managing day-to-day trading operations in base metals, including order processing, documentation, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. The individual will track market movements, support pricing decisions, and ensure timely execution of trades in line with regulatory and company guidelines.

Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, coordinating logistics, and assisting in risk management related to base metal transactions. The role also requires regular communication with customers,



suppliers, and financial institutions to maintain smooth operations and support business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for market analysis, pricing support, and trade tracking.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interaction with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to support business development and maintain customer relationships in the base metal segment.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to handle trading workflows, inventory, logistics, and compliance processes.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to coordinate initiatives, streamline processes, and manage timelines and deliverables.
- Knowledge of commodity or metal trading, financial markets, and regulatory requirements is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant trading or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work accurately under time pressure, with attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
