Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct daily rounds, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment as needed.
- Participate in code blue response team activations and rapid response team activations as required.
- Maintain accurate records of patient data, medication administration, and test results.
