Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source and attract top talent for IT and NON-IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment cycle, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and negotiating offers.
Job Requirements :
- 0.1-3 years of experience in recruitment or related field (talent acquisition).
- Solid understanding of US market trends and industry standards in IT & NON-IT sectors.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates alike.
