Key Responsibilities

1. Buyer & Order Management
- Handle day-to-day communication and coordination with international buyers.
- Understand buyer requirements, specifications, quality standards, and critical timelines.
- Manage orders from development/concept stage through shipment.
- Review tech packs, specifications, BOM, measurement charts, artwork, and buyer comments.
- Ensure all buyer requirements are clearly communicated to the concerned internal teams.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with buyers and buying offices.

2. Product Development & Sampling
- Coordinate development of samples, including proto, fit, size set, PP and shipment samples.
- Follow up on sample approvals and buyer comments.
- Coordinate with design, pattern, sampling, and technical teams to ensure timely development.
- Identify and resolve product development issues at an early stage.

3. Costing & Pricing
- Prepare and review garment costing based on fabric, trims, CM, washing, printing, embroidery, packing, and other applicable costs.




- Negotiate prices with buyers and suppliers while maintaining company margins.
- Monitor changes in material costs and their impact on order profitability.
- Ensure commercial feasibility before order confirmation.

4. Production Coordination
- Coordinate with production planning, sourcing, stores, quality, and factory teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Monitor T&A; (Time and Action) calendars and ensure adherence to critical milestones.
- Follow up on fabric and trims booking, approvals, cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, and shipment.
- Identify potential delays and take corrective action proactively.
- Conduct regular order status reviews with relevant departments.

5. Fabric & Trim Management
- Coordinate fabric and accessory development and approvals.
- Ensure timely submission and approval of lab dips, strike-offs, print/embroidery samples, trims, and other components.
- Follow up with sourcing and suppliers for timely delivery
