Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials and end-to-end Finance transformation projects. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in financial process consulting, Oracle Financials configuration, implementation, testing, support, and stakeholder management. The role requires hands-on experience across core Financial modules and business processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R).

Key Responsibilities




Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.
Configure and support Oracle Financial modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management.
Design Chart of Accounts, enterprise structures, and finance configurations.
Prepare functional design documents, business process flows, and test scripts.
Conduct CRP sessions, UAT, SIT, user training, and deployment activities.
Support data migration, reconciliation, and financial reporting requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, interfaces, and customizations.
Manage production support issues and coordinate with Oracle Support for SR resolutions.
Support quarterly release testing and business process improvements
