Section 1: Purpose of the position
Candidate will be responsible for accounting profile at IBU, GIFT City, Gujarat
To independently set up and operate Accounting and Risk function at International Business Unit (IBU), GIFT City, Gujarat.
To maintain books of accounts, reconciliations, daily control activities,



Head office / regulatory reporting, periodic Financial statement preparation and audit handling.
To manage Direct and Indirect tax compliances
To prepare all the prudential reports in line with IFSCA regulation.
To understand and prepare HO risk ratios and explain the management as well as supervisor whenever required.

Section 2: Job Responsibilities

Financial Accounting, Taxation, Regulatory reporting and Risk
Maintain books of Accounts including postings, managing daily controls includes Bank reconciliation etc.
Preparation of Financial Statements (JGAAP and IFRS)
Manage audits/ external reviews like statutory audit, review by regulators etc
Preparation and submission of Head office related reports.
Manage all direct and indirect tax compliances, as applicable, for the IBU
Mange periodic reporting to IFSCA and any other regulators, as may be required
Liaise with advisors / external consultants and internal
