Key Responsibilities
Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plan processes.
Perform monthly financial analysis, variance reporting, and business performance reviews.
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
Partner with business stakeholders to provide financial insights and drive profitability.
Support business cases, cost optimization initiatives, and scenario analysis.
Ensure accuracy of financial data and drive process improvement initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI/Tableau preferred.
Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a quick-paced workplace and manage multiple priorities.
