Luminar Technolab is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Position: Sales Executive
Location: Thrissur, Kerala
Employment: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries and convert leads into admissions
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses
- Conduct counselling and explain course details, career opportunities, and fee structures
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in CRM
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Build strong relationships with students and parents
- Coordinate with the academic team for smooth student onboarding

What We’re Looking For

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills
- Previous experience in sales, education sales, counselling, or telecalling is an advantage
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome
