- Able to handle Major Incident management N
- Handle team of more than 50 plus associates N

- Valuable English communication skills both written and verbal N
- Exp in creating new solutions and proposals for customers in EUC domain N
- Hands on experience in Scripting tools like Python, PowerShell etc. N
- Good-to-Haven
- Understanding of customer SLA and KPI N
- Understanding of application packaging and imaging N
