Role & responsibilities

- Oversee complete residential operations, ensuring smooth functioning across housekeeping, maintenance, and hospitality.
- Supervise housekeeping and kitchen staff; prepare duty rosters and ensure high standards of hygiene, grooming, and discipline.
- Plan menus and coordinate kitchen operations in line with family preferences and nutritional balance.
- Monitor household maintenance electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil coordinating with vendors and AMC providers for timely service.
- Manage household inventory, procurement, and vendor relations while maintaining cost control and quality standards.
- Track daily expenses, prepare reports, and assist in budgeting and audit compliance.




- Coordinate with external service providers such as pest control, laundry, and security agencies.
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and the highest standards of service at all times.

Preferred candidate profile

- 5-10 years of experience in facility & housekeeping management or related field (luxury residential settings preferred).
- Degree/diploma in relevant area (e.g., BHM - Bachelor of Hotel Management).
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
