Experience

- Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in SAP warehouse management and logistics execution within an SAP workplace

- At least 2 end-to-end SAP WM/LE implementation projects

- Strong experience with SAP RF solutions and RICEFW objects

- Positive working knowledge of ALE/IDocs

- Experience working across global teams and collaborating effectively with stakeholders at different levels

- Life science industry experience is strongly preferred

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction

Knowledge and Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP WM and/or SAP LE systems

- Good understanding of warehouse processes, including inbound, internal movements, and outbound flows, ideally in a chemical or life science environment

- Experience integrating SAP WM/LE with 3PL systems

- Experience integrating SAP WM/LE with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, QM, and SD

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to think tactically while delivering high-quality execution

- Broad functional knowledge combined with creativity and adaptability
