Key Responsibilities:

Generate & convert leads through calls, referrals, networking & site visits

Build relationships with clients, channel partners, investors & business associates

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options

Conduct property visits and explain pricing, features & documentation

Negotiate and close sales effectively

Maintain solid client & channel partner relationships

Coordinate with legal, finance & documentation teams

Maintain lead and sales records through CRM

Track market trends, competitors & pricing
