Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive with previous sales experience in a mattress shop or mattress retail showroom. The candidate should be confident in dealing with customers, understanding their requirements, explaining mattress features, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend to customers and understand their mattress requirements.
- Explain different mattress types, features, benefits, and prices.
- Recommend suitable mattresses based on customer needs and budget.
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up with potential customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide a positive showroom experience.




- Maintain proper product and sales information in the showroom.
- Coordinate with the team for billing, delivery, and other customer requirements.

Requirements
- Previous Sales Executive experience in a mattress shop/showroom is compulsory.
- 2–4 years of relevant sales experience preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a retail showroom.
- Good attitude, confidence, and interpersonal skills.

Note: Candidates without previous mattress shop/showroom sales experience will not be considered. Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
