Role Description The Business and Tourist Visa - Operation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Karol Bagh. This role involves managing end-to-end visa processing for business and tourist travelers, including documentation checks, form filling, appointment scheduling, and coordination with embassies or consulates.

The Executive will communicate with clients to understand their travel plans, advise on visa requirements and procedures, and provide timely updates on application status. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, handling queries via phone and email, collaborating with internal teams for ticketing and packages,



and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role also requires handling customer escalations professionally, supporting foreign exchange and travel package operations when needed, and contributing to process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
