Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating recent business opportunities, handling customer enquiries, developing relationships with clients, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on recent leads and enquiries.
Meet clients, architects, builders, and other potential customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
Maintain regular follow-ups until order closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate prospect and customer records.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of orders.




Develop strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Submit regular sales and activity reports.

Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales preferred.
Experience in building materials, windows, doors, aluminium, uPVC, construction, or related industries will be an advantage.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary: Competitive salary + incentives based on experience and performance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
