We're Hiring: Director of Photography (DOP)

Role Overview

n

As our Director of Photography (DOP), you will be responsible for defining the visual identity of our content. From conceptualization to final delivery, you will lead the technical and creative execution of shoots — ensuring every frame speaks quality.

n

You will work closely with content creators, editors, and the production team to create engaging, high-impact visual content.

n

Key Responsibilities

- n
- Lead and execute cinematic shoots (indoor & outdoor)n




- Plan camera setups, framing, and shot compositionn
- Design and execute lighting setups based on mood and conceptn
- Manage and operate camera systems (DSLR/Mirrorless/Cinema cameras)n
- Handle gimbal operations and motion shotsn
- Ensure high-quality audio recording & sound setupn
- Manage shoot equipment and production gearn
- Collaborate with creators and internal teams for branded and organic contentn
- Supervise post-production workflow and assist in editing where requiredn
- Maintain visual consistency across all projectsn

Required Skills

- n
- Strong camera technical knowledgen
- Deep understanding of lighting (natural & studio)n
- Knowledge of audio equipment & sound clarityn
- Experience with gimbals & stabilization toolsn
- Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci)n
- Strong sense of cinematic storytelling & visual aestheticsn
- Experience working with creators & brand collaborationsn
- Ability to execute under deadlinesn
