As a Production Supervisor at Ascent Porta Solutions, you will oversee the manufacturing process of portable cabins, ensuring production efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery.Responsibilities include:Supervising manufacturing activities and workforce.Monitoring production schedules and workflows.Ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.Coordinating with design and logistics teams to ensure smooth production.Additional Information:Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or Production Management.3–5 years of experience in manufacturing supervision.Solid leadership and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of prefab or cabin manufacturing is a plus.
