Market Research Analyst

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Market Research Analyst to conduct market research, collect and verify business data, generate prospect databases, and identify competitors, market trends, and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research using Google, LinkedIn, company websites, directories, and industry platforms.
- Identify potential clients, companies, decision-makers, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain accurate databases for calling and lead generation.
- Research competitors, pricing, services, market positioning, and industry trends.
- Track market developments and identify new business opportunities.
- Verify and update contact and company information.
- Maintain leads and research data using Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems.
- Prepare basic market research and competitor analysis reports.




- Support the sales/business development team with qualified leads and relevant market information.

Required Skills

- Solid online research and data collection skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with CRM and lead-generation tools.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn / LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Knowledge of tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Apollo.io, Lusha, RocketReach, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred
