HR Manager / RecruiterJob Overview

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Manager / Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support core HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, valuable knowledge of recruitment processes, and the ability to identify and attract talented professionals across technical and non-technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and create clear, effective job descriptions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate technical and HR interview rounds with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records.
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate the joining and onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future requirements.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HR-related coordination.
- Maintain employee records and support attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Assist with employee engagement, performance management, and HR policies.
- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
- Ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends, hiring practices, and employment regulations.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with technical recruitment and understanding of software development roles.
- Ability to evaluate resumes and identify suitable candidates.
- Strong interviewing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other recruitment platforms.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace and HR or recruitment tools.

Good to Have

- Experience recruiting for IT/software development roles such as Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and Project Managers.
- Familiarity with ATS and HR management systems.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced technology company.

Experience

1–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR operations, or a related field.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
