About Next Door

Next Door is a next-generation real estate advisory platform helping homebuyers make smarter property decisions through verified options, market insights and personalised guidance.

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Mulund team and work with homebuyers across Mulund, Bhandup, Nahur, Kanjurmarg, Vikhroli and nearby locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads and connect with prospective homebuyers.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and preferred locations.
- Recommend suitable property options based on customer needs.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities and connectivity.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
- Build strong customer relationships and assist throughout the buying journey.
- Maintain lead records and follow-ups.
- Work towards monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Stay updated on real estate projects and market trends.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in sales,



real estate or business development.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in speaking with customers over calls and WhatsApp.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive and willing to learn.
- Interest or basic knowledge of Mumbai real estate is an advantage.
